Stacy Cowan

President

Stacy Cowan founded urban recruitment in 2005. She specializes in recruiting lawyers, associates and specialized senior positions within law firms and private and public companies on a local and international level. She has successfully built urban recruitment into a leader in the recruitment industry. Prior to establishing urban recruitment, Stacy was a legal recruiter with a national recruitment firm. Stacy holds a Bachelor degree in Justice Studies and worked in the not-for-profit sector for several years with the Legal Aid Society of Alberta. Her ability to match candidates with the needs of her clients is attributed to her experience and understanding of each client's unique culture and expectations.
